AOL support is a total joke. I am 91 years old but of sound mind. I recently had a compromised credit card and on checking found several charges from AOL for services I had neither ordered or used. Attempting to get help from various AOL customer service sources was futile.

I'm Ready to Cancel AOL Services Due to Poor Service
I have been a customer of AOL for a long number of years, and I was never unhappy with them until now. Today, I noticed that they charged me for $19.95 for something that I did not order. I called the customer service line and got a person from the Philippines who did not speak clearly.

AOL Showing Political Bias Against Republicans
I have had AOL for so long I cannot remember when I got it. In the eighties I'm sure. I am to the point of dropping you because of your bias against Donald Trump. I am a registered Democrat. You should understand, if any one does, that any qualified person has the right to run for president.
