Blocked by Microsoft For Violating Microsoft Security Agreement

Blocked by Microsoft to my account saying I violated Microsoft Security Agreement.  Have not because have not successfully signed.  Last night, April 8, 2016 I attempted to set up and was told to get security code from my email. I am so angry with Microsoft corporate office now and wish to complain.

Outsource Microsoft Customer Service in India is Not Good

I tried to set up a Microsoft account to download a free candy crush game, and was prompted to set up a Microsoft account, choose a password, which I did, then they asked about credit card information, which I did not provide. Here is my complaint. The site said I did not provide enough information, but you did slap an access to my computer password on my start page.

My Windows 10 Upgrade Was a Complete Failure

A few weeks after it was launched, I downloaded Windows 10 to my PC.  At no time during the process was there any indication that it was not suitable and for a little over 2 months, it worked perfectly well. Please save me from the terrible customer service.

Epic Rant Against Microsoft Corporate HQ

My son installed a new motherboard and lost his windows 10. He contacted your support team and they were unwilling to help and told him it would cost 100 pounds to download again. Considering we have already paid for windows it is despicable. Gates is a multi billionaire and is extorting money from a young man who only earns £50 a week.

Microsoft Service Technicians Don't Have a Clue

Microsoft customer service rating: 0. I am being penalized because I cannot have access to a stable and fast home connection. I do not have a 'home' - I travel and use a mobile modem. What a poor experience this has been for me and so many other customers of Microsoft. The only fix that Microsoft technicians can think of is to download a huge package sp1 to update my windows 7.
