I went online to figure out how to cancel Adobe Cloud as i do not use it often enough. I followed the directions and could not cancel. I kept getting a message that the terms of my cancellation changed. It locked me on a page where my only option was to choose another plan.
When I contacted customer service, I was given a sales pitch, that continued even after I said I was not interested and I just wanted out- no chat just canceled. What a way to leave a terrible taste in someones mouth. Shame on you. I will make sure my company does not use your software. Most use alternatives as it is, but I will ensure that no one else signs up for any of your products after this.
