Fraud Billing Charges on Verizon Wireless Account

After my daughter switch from the family account (4phones) to her husbands account, both Verizon accounts, I went to our local Verizon store, 1207 Knox Ave North Augusta, SC 29841 to make sure she was off the family account.
We have been loyal customers for over 10 years.  The store manager said he had to charge me $160.00 to remove her from the family account.  I could understand if she went to another carrier, but not from a Verizon to another Verizon account. 

I feel I have been cheated by Verizon.  Also the manager was arrogant. He said this charge would show up on next months bill.  Is there anything that can be done to remove this charge?
